We understand that circumstances change and sometimes you need to take a break. That's why we offer the option to pause your account. During this pause, we'll maintain all of your data and workflows for a nominal fee, so you can pick up right where you left off when you're ready to return.
Pause Account Conditions:
I.Nominal Maintenance Fee: During your pause, a minimum fee of $19 per month will be charged. This helps us keep all your data, settings, and workflows intact and ready for when you return.
II. Data Preservation: Rest assured, all of your data, records, contacts, conversation history, websites, funnels, email templates, workflows, automations, and notifications will be securely kept.
III. Active Workflows and Notifications: Your notifications and some workflows will remain active during your pause. If you need to make adjustments to these workflows, please contact us and we'll handle the changes on our end.
IV. Access to Support: Although your account is paused, you'll still have access to our Autogrow Support team. They'll be ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
V. Limited Login Access: While your account is paused, you won't be able to log in. If you attempt to log in, you'll be directed to a payment update page where you can resume your services.
